We all have memories of our families, our relatives, our friends – all of the people, places and events that make up and have made up your life.

Everything changes with time. They say life is change, but still, it can be a nice thing to hold a photograph in your hands and remember, and feel the emotions as that picture takes you back to that moment in time, be it a week ago, a month ago, a year ago, or what may even seem like a lifetime ago.

Sometimes you realize the real value and importance of a photograph after some time has passed, and you realize that what you are seeing can begin to open a door that was nearly closed and shut tight. An old memory can come into clearer focus, and you remember some of those little details that somehow had almost slipped away.

Then you remember why those photos are so important to you – ultimately it comes down to everyone who, over the years, has entered and become part of your life, and who you have opened your heart to, and have loved.
